Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take time to relax and freshen up. In the evening, a detailed program briefing will be conducted. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2 Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa (3,750m)

In the morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and escort you to the hotel. The rest of the day is reserved for acclimatization to the high altitude. Overnight stay in Lhasa.

Day 3 Lhasa Sightseeing & Acclimatization

Today, explore Lhasa’s iconic landmarks, including the majestic Potala Palace, the spiritual Jokhang Temple, and the bustling Barkhor Market. This day also helps in further acclimatization. Overnight stay in Lhasa.

Day 4 Lhasa – Shigatse – Lhasa By Train (250 Kms/3 Hrs each side)

The morning after breakfast, board the train (World’s highest train route) for Shigatse (250 Kms/3 Hrs travel time). The train passes through 6 stations & mesmerizing scenic beauty. Evening back to the hotel at Lhasa for an overnight stay.

Day 5 Lhasa To Ali

After breakfast board, the flight at 8 AM from Lhasa to Ali. After 2.5 Hrs flying, on arrival at Ali, Receive a Tibetan guide and transfer to the hotel at Ali. Lunch at the hotel. Day free for acclimatization.

Day 6 Ali to Lake Mansarovar

The morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer to Mansarovar Lake by road. On arrival, do the rituals, take a holy bath at Mansarovar Lake. After Parikrama of the lake (approx. 80 Kms). Overnight stays at Guesthouse (dormitory) at hardly 500-600 meters from the Lake.

Day 7 Mansarovar to Darchen (4,600m) – 30km

The morning is dedicated to spiritual activities such as puja, hawan, and meditation by the sacred lake. Later, drive to Darchen, the base camp for the Kailash Parikrama. Overnight stay in Darchen.

Day 8 Darchen to Ali-Lhasa

After Breakfast, transfer to Kunshal Airport at Ali (230 Kms/3 Hrs) to board the flight for Lhasa at 10 AM. On arrival at Gonggar Airport at Lhasa. Pick-up & transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 9 Fly from Lhasa to Kathmandu

Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 10 Departure from Kathmandu

After a leisurely breakfast, cport for your onward journey. Depart with the divine blessings of Lord Shiva and the profound experience of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
