However, we act solely as a travel organizer and do not own or operate any hotels, airlines, transport services, shipping companies, restaurants, or other service providers. As such, we are not liable for delays, deficiencies, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers such as hotels, transport companies, airlines, or tour operators, who operate as independent contractors.
  • All rates provided are applicable to Indian Nationals only. International travelers are requested to get in touch with our travel experts for customized pricing and packages.
  • We strongly advise all customers to review the latest travel advisories, warnings, and official government announcements before booking a trip with Divine Path Travels. While we strive to offer the best experiences, we cannot guarantee that travel to all destinations is free of risks. Divine Path Travels shall not be held responsible for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from travel to such locations.
  • Divine Path Travels reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw any travel package, service, or itinerary at any time, without prior notice, due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review their booking confirmation emails received from divinepathtravels.com. In case of any discrepancies or missing details, please notify our team within 24 hours. Note that certain components of our packages may be non-refundable, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or corrections beyond this timeframe.
  • While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website, the content has been sourced from authorized vendors, operators, and service providers. Divine Path Travels is not responsible for any typographical errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies in descriptions of hotels, activities, or services listed on the site or in the packages.

Itinerary Changes

  • It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to be punctual and adhere to the scheduled timings throughout the tour. In the event a customer misses any part of the sightseeing or itinerary due to their own delay, no refund or compensation shall be provided for the missed portion.
  • Divine Path Travels shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, baggage misplacement, accident, injury, death, breakdown, theft, or any unforeseen circumstances during the tour. This includes disruptions caused by weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar event. Any expenses arising from such incidents will be borne by the passenger. Additionally, Divine Path Travels reserves the right to recover any extra costs incurred due to delays or changes in the schedule of trains, buses, or other transportation services.
  • We reserve the right to modify or make changes to the tour schedule, including altering departures, excursions, or substituting hotels when necessary. Any changes made to the itinerary will be in the interest and convenience of the traveler.

Booking Policy

  • All tour and holiday packages listed on www.divinepathtravels.com are proposed itineraries only. Divine Path Travels does not hold prior reservations for any services mentioned and package pricing is subject to change based on actual availability at the time of booking.
  • Bookings are processed only after confirmation of prices and service availability. Once you approve the cost and availability, the services will be reserved upon full payment and adherence to all terms and conditions.
  • Itineraries are approximate and may be revised for operational or safety reasons, while maintaining the promised services. Any such changes will be communicated prior to booking or departure.
  • Transfers and sightseeing will be provided in comfortable vehicles (coach/taxi/bus/van) based on group size. Private transfers are available at an additional cost.
  • Tours may be postponed, rescheduled, or rerouted due to unforeseen conditions like weather, political disturbances, or natural calamities. Divine Path Travels holds no responsibility for any refund or compensation in such cases.
  • While Divine Path Travels will try to arrange special requests such as meals, wheelchair access, or seat preferences, it is not liable for non-fulfillment of such requests by third-party providers.
  • Independent activities chosen by travelers are not arranged by Divine Path Travels unless specifically agreed upon under separate terms and cost.
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, access to some monuments or services may be restricted. Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a tour is canceled by Divine Path Travels' local associate, applicable cancellation fees will be determined by them. No refund will be provided for missed tours or ‘no-show’ scenarios.
  • Cancellations or changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing via email at least 7 working days prior to departure.
  • Cancellation charges may include costs for accommodations, transport, and optional activities booked.
  • No refund is given for unused or partially used services.
  • Customers who do not avail transfers included in their package will not be eligible for compensation or reduction in cost.
  • Each tour package has its specific cancellation policy, which will override the general terms.
  • Transfers to a different tour before the start date will be considered a cancellation and rebooking, incurring applicable charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are at the sole discretion of Divine Path Travels and depend on multiple factors, including vendor policies and group size.
  • No refunds are provided for services not utilized during the tour.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days. Third-party service refunds may take 30–90 working days.

Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made as per the defined timeline of the booking terms.
  • Flexible payment options are available, but during peak season, a higher upfront payment may be required.
  • PAN card submission is mandatory for cash transactions above ₹50,000 per booking.
  • Final travel documents and vouchers are released only after full payment is received.
  • Bookings not paid in full 15 days prior to departure will be treated as canceled.
  • Package customization is the client’s responsibility, and prices reflect selected inclusions.
  • Any change in pricing due to taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier hikes must be paid before departure.
  • Special occasion surcharges (Christmas, New Year, etc.) are not included in base prices.
  • Prices are per person based on shared accommodation, unless otherwise specified.

Tour Policy

  • Divine Path Travels does not offer re-conduct of missed tours or unused services.
  • Requests for tour date changes are subject to additional charges.
  • Holiday costs may vary during peak seasons or with group size changes.
  • All website content, services, and intellectual property belong to Divine Path Travels. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
  • Use of the website must comply with fair usage and terms; any misuse will be legally actionable.

Prices Displayed on the Website

  • Prices include accommodation, taxes, and in some cases, meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner).
